God has given him a heart for young people and a desire to see them grow in Christ. His philosophy of teaching is found in Colossians 1:9-12. In that passage the apostle Paul’s great desire was to see people filled with knowledge and wisdom of Christ and bearing fruit for God’s glory. His desire is the same.
